Obituary of Eric Vadinsky

Please share a memory of Eric to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Eric Vadinsky, 39, passed away suddenly on August 4, 2022.  Born in Somerville, Eric was raised in Middlesex and graduated from Middlesex High School, class of 2000.  Eric worked for many years in the food industry, but more recently worked for Amazon in Monroe.  Although no longer working in food service, his passion for cooking remained.  Eric could be found in the kitchen cooking up a storm during the many family gatherings.  Eric had recently relocated to Ocean Grove, and loved taking long walks to the beach with his best four legged friend, Tyson.  A die hard Eagles fan, Eric was an avid collector of sports cards and memorabilia. He was a kind, funny, gentle, old soul, whose passing leaves behind a void that can never be filled.  He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Eric leaves behind to cherish his memory, mother Karen Spilatro and her husband John; father Joseph Vadinsky and his wife Barbara; sister Amy and her husband Brian Mulcahy; brother Brian and his fiancé Megan Yoffredo; step brother Brian Spilatro and his wife Cassondra; nephew Dylan Mulcahy; niece Mya Mulcahy; half siblings Carly and Christopher Vadinsky; grandfather George Vadinsky ; and his loyal best friend, Tyson.
