Obituary of Theresa Joan Williams
Theresa J. Williams, 70, died Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick with family by her side. Born in Bound Brook, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Josephine (Marino) Costabile. Theresa was a graduate of Bound Brook High School, Class of 1970, and Berkeley College. She worked as a billing clerk for Somerset OB/GYN and most recently Foot & Ankle Care Associates in Piscataway before retiring in 2012. Theresa loved to read, but what she loved more than anything was her family. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who put others before herself in both her actions and her prayers.
Theresa was predeceased by her parents, her brother Anthony Costabile and her nephew Michael Barnoski. She leaves behind her husband of 48 years, Keith Williams; her sons Timothy and Stephen Williams; daughter Melissa Richard and her grandchildren Charlie and Jamie Richard; her sister Elaine (Peter) Barnoski; and several nieces, nephews; cousins and sisters in law.
Gathering with the family will be from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 PM, Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Ave., Bound Brook. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM, Wednesday, July 27, at Our Lady of Mt. Virgin Church, Middlesex. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway.
