Obituary of Rosalie D'Angella
Rosalie Ann D’Angella, 79, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017, at Bridgeway Nursing Home in Bridgewater. Born in Gladstone, she was the daughter of Loretta Nieroda and Ralph DeBaro, Sr. Rosalie graduated from Somerville High School in 1956, and lived most of her life in Bound Brook. Rosalie was an entrepreneur and was the co-owner of World of Travel, the River View, and Merle Norman.
Having Rosalie in your life was a blessing. She always had a smile on her face and brought happiness and sunshine into the hearts of all she met. She was a very special aunt that everyone could count on and made every holiday special. Her love of family was only matched by her love for her beloved husband, Jerome. They had a love affair that would surpass decades and were soul mates until the end. Jerome and Rosalie spent every day together, enjoying life, especially Atlantic City. They made many friends throughout the years that were very close to their hearts. Theirs was a love that will never die, it will be remembered as cherished and precious.
Rosalie was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jerome, her step father, Walter Nieroda, her nephew Dr. James Wenz and his wife, Dr. Lidia Wenz. She leaves behind her brothers and sisters, Madeline and Fred Wenz, Loretta Alderman; Ralph and Debbie DeBaro, sister in law, Marie Viscione, her nieces and nephews, Lisa Serridge, Shane Alderman, Travis Alderman, Kimberly DeBaro, Hollie DeBaro, Carol Ann Maiksch, and Michael Viscione, her great nieces and nephews, Ashley, Brett and Madeline Serridge, and James and Adrianna Wenz.
Relatives and friends will gather, 10:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at the funeral home. Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
