William Harwood

William Arthur Harwood, 69, entered eternal peace, Thursday, August 10, 2017, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Bill was born Surrey, England, and emigrated to the United States in his early twenties. He was a resident of the Somerset Section of South Bound Brook for thirty-seven years. Bill was a true friend, confidante, and father figure to many. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him, no matter what walk of life they were from, shared “Good Times” with Mr. Bill Harwood! Bill is survived by his loving wife, Christine Pilar Harwood; his three children, Keith Kirk and Mercedes, Shawn Kirk, and his wife Kristin, Melissa Kirk and Marc; his beloved grandchildren Kayla and Declan Kirk; his sisters Sylvia and Linda; his brother Stephen Harwood, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends will gather 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 16, 2017, at the funeral home. Cremation was private.
