Vito L Pinto

Vito L. Pinto Jr. passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024, A lifelong resident of Bound Brook, he was the son of the late Vito and Santa (Nardozzi) Pinto. Vito was a graduate of Bound Brook High School. He was a proud veteran of the US Army, serving his country from 1950 to 1958, during the Korean War. Vito began his career at American Cyanamid working his way up to Computer Analyst before his retirement. Post retirement, Vito began working part time for Somerset County Board of Social Services in Somerville. Working there brought him much joy and he gained many lifelong friendships. He was communicant of St. Mary of Czestochowa Church and a proud member of the Giles- Biondi Post No. 63 American Legion. He had a love of bowling that he shared with a special group of friends. He enjoyed traveling and especially loved going out for a good meal.

Vito is survived by his daughter, Lori Juzwiak, and her husband Tom; daughter in law Tonya; granddaughters Sophia, Gabrielle and Alina; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Gathering with the family will be Tuesday, April 9, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Hagan- Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Ave., Bound Brook. Funeral services will begin 9:00 Am, Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of Czestochowa, Bound Brook. Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bridgewater will follow.
