Virginia Bush - Sabo

Virginia B. Bush - Sabo, 96, died Monday, June 23, 2014, at home in Bound Brook. Born Febuary 14, 1918, in Yellowrock, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Grant and Martha Brandenburg Newman. She was a longtime Bound Brook Resident. Mrs. Bush - Sabo was a master chef in her own right and mother to all. In her early years she owned and operated a restaurant in Cincinnati, Ohio. She became a homemaker once she moved to New Jersey over seventy years ago. Predeceased by the love of her life, Martin Sabo, Sr, son Virgil Spencer, and siblings, Ivan, Nancy, Lucy, Roscoe, Otto, William, Oliver, Victoria, Donley, and Jesse, and her granddaughter, Crissy, she is survived by her son, Bernie Spencer of Bound Brook, her five beloved Grandchildren, and her many beloved great-grandchildren. Virginia was a devoted and caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished her time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Friends will be received at Hagan - Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Avenue, Bound Brook, 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Monday, June, 30, with a Memorial service at 8:30 P.M. Cremation was private.
