Steven Fasanella

Steven Fasanella, 49, of Morrisville, Pennsylvania, passed away Monday, February 16, 2015, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton. Steven was born and raised in South Bound Brook. He was the beloved son of Gerald and Patricia [Papera] Fasanella, of South Bound Brook. He was a graduate of Bound Brook High School, Class of 1983, where he was a stand-out track and cross country runner. He was also a graduate of Montclair State University, Class of 1988. He was previously employed by Marriot Corporation and Wawa Corporation. Steven was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Steven was predeceased by a brother, Michael, and a nephew, Nicholas. He is survived by his parents; his brothers, Keith (Linda), Gerald Jr. (Eileen), and David (Lyn), and his best friend and girlfriend, Debbie Cronin. He was the adored uncle of Erin, Kaleigh, Allie, Anthony, Rebecca, and Gracelee Fasanella. Funeral services will be 9:30 A.M. Saturday, February 21, from the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 A.M. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church, South Bound Brook. Interment will be at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Somerville. Friends will be received at the funeral home 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Friday.
