Roberta Massagli

Roberta Massagli, age 69 years, of Bound Brook, NJ, entered into God’s eternal rest on Saturday, July 15th, 2023, surrounded by her sisters at St. Peter’s University Hospital.

Roberta was born on May 13th, 1954 to Ed and Helen Massagli. She graduated from Bound Brook High School and Colorado State University. She then obtained her pharmacy degree from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy.

Roberta enjoyed spending time with her family and friends when she could. She enjoyed going down the shore and all things Disney, her favorite character being Jiminy Cricket.

Roberta worked as a pharmacist at Kessler Rehab Center for most of her career. She will be remembered by those who knew her best for her iconic energetic laugh and love of outdoors, especially lighthouses and sailing.

Roberta is preceded in death by her mother, Helen, her father, Ed, and her faithful dog, Ebony. She is survived by her sisters, Priscilla (Duane), Joann (Bobby), Cynthia (Chris), nieces and nephews, Lauren (Christian), Kailee, Shane, Melissa, Connor, and Carleigh, great niece, Addison, and cousins. She will also be remembered fondly by her friends.

Gathering with the family will be 3:00 to 7:00 PM, Sunday, July 23, 2023 at Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Ave., Bound Brook.  A funeral service will be begin at 10:00 AM, Monday, July 24 at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Bound Brook Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
