R. Gleason

R. Patrick Gleason, 55, died Sunday, June 21, 2015, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital - Somerset, Somerville. Born January 6, 1960, In Jackson, Mississippi, he was the son of Robert E. and Joan Mitterbach Gleason. He had resided in Bound Brook since 1969. Patrick worked for EMC Corp., for 10 years, then worked the past three years as a Health Care Account Executive with VMware, Warren. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was an avid New York Mets baseball and New York Jets football fan. For twenty-five years he was Head Coach for Bound Brook Midget Youth Wrestling. He was a member of Lodge No. 1388, B.P.O. Elks, Bound Brook, and a Communicant of St. Joseph R. C. Church, Bound Brook. Patrick was predeceased by his father, who died in 1998. He is survived by his wife, Donna Capolupo Gleason; his children, Derek Gleason, Gabriel Gleason, Teresa Gleason, all of Bound Brook; his mother, of Bound Brook, and his siblings, Michael Gleason of South Brunswick, Timothy (Michelle) Gleason of Baden, PA, Kathleen (George) Prayias of Warren, and Martin Gleason, Esq., of Bound Brook. Funeral Services will be 9:15 A.M. Thursday, June 25, at the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 A.M. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church. Interment will be at Bound Brook Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home Wednesday, 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 P.M.
