Margery Borysewicz

Margery Jean Borysewicz, 92, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2023, at The New Jersey Eastern Star Home in Bridgewater. Born in Long Eaton, Derby County England, she was the daughter of Arthur and Amy (Bandy) Miles. She met her husband, Wiktor in post war England, and emigrated to the United States shortly after they married. Margery worked as a nursing technician at St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick for many years and had the privilege of attending the births of her grandchildren. Margery enjoyed baking and was known for her trifle and scones. She was also an avid sewer who fashioned many beautiful and imaginative creations. Margery loved visiting England, swimming at the YMCA and performing with the Magic Mirror Players.

She was predeceased by her husband, Wiktor in 1984. She is survived by her daughter Amy Giacomini and her husband Kenny; her son Gary Borysewicz and his wife Carol; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Cremation was private. Memorial gathering will be 12:00 to 1:00 pm, Friday, May 26, 2023, at Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Ave. Bound Brook. Internment at Bound Brook Cemetery will follow.
