Marcia Marold

Marcia A. Marold, 70, died Monday, November 20, 2017, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital - Somerset. A lifelong resident of Bound Brook, she was the daughter of Bolus and Stasia Gudusky. Marcia was a graduate of Bound Brook High School, Class of 1965, and nursing school. She began her career working as a nurse with Dr. Vischetti and had been the office manager for Dr. Weisfeld for over twenty-five years. She was active with St. Mary’s grammar school when her children were attending and remained an active communicant of the parish. She cared for and was deeply involved with Bound Brook Pop Warner, serving as an cheerleader advisor. She enjoyed crafts, gardening, shopping, weekly dinners with her husband, “Bones,” and best friends, Alan and Pat, and going to Wildwood with her family every summer. She was a vibrant, kind woman, who always had a smile on her face. Marcia leaves behind her husband of forty-four years, Thomas “Bones” Marold, her three children, Doug (Dani DiMaria), Charles, and Jessica (Steve) Wayne; her seven grandchildren, Steven, Nathan, Ella, Jadyn, Delaney, Mikayla, Grayson, and brother, Thomas (Linda) Gudusky. Gathering with the family will be 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. Sunday, November 26, at the funeral home. Funeral Services will begin Monday, 8:45 A.M. at the funeral home, followed by a 9:30 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of Czestochowa Church, Bound Brook. Burial will be at Bound Brook Cemetery.
