Giuliano Rizzon

Giuliano J. Rizzon, 86, died Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital - Somerset. Born October 24, 1931, in the Bronx, New York, he was the son of Peter and Gilda Ganzer Rizzon. He lived in Somerset for fourteen years, then Watchung for twenty-seven years, before moving to Bridgewater in 1999. He was a United States Army veteran. Guiliano was the owner and operator of Franklin Cabinet Company, Middlesex, for forty years, retiring in 1995. He was a talented repairman and could fix almost anything. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending quality time with his family. Guiliano was predeceased by his brother, Armando, who died in 1989. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Rizzon; his children, Richard (Linda) Rizzon of Middlesex, Peter (Karen) Rizzon of Warren, Andre (Janine) Rizzon of Hillsborough, Renée Rizzon of Bridgewater; his sisters, Nella Plescia of Somerset, Lidia Santayana of Somerset, and his beloved grandchildren, Tim, Chris, Gage, and Michael. Friends will be received from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. Friday, December 29, at the funeral home, with a funeral service at 5:00 P.M., during the course of the viewing, with military honors at 7:30 P.M. Cremation will be private.
