Genevieve Fiorentino

Genevieve Fiorentino, 91, died Sunday, June 7, 2015, at home. Born June 30, 1923, in Orange, she was the daughter of John and Assunta Romano Saparito. She had resided in Bound Brook for the past 50 years. She was a homemaker, devoted to her family. Genevieve was predeceased by her husband, Ben Fiorentino, who died in 1994, and her sisters, Rose Dolce, Catherine Vitale, and Anna Caruso. She is survived by her sons, David (Susan Krehely) Fiorentino of South Bound Brook, Ben (Marcie) Fiorentino of Somerville; her sisters, Angela Saparito of Manahawkin, Mildred Fernandez of Morris Plains; Marguerite Holzman of West Orange, and her beloved grandsons, Michael, Nicholas, Vincent, Matthew, and Robbie. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 A.M. Thursday, June 11, at St. Joseph’s R. C. Church, 44 Benvenue Ave., W. Orange. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
