Evangelos G. Zotos

Evangelos G. Zotos (68) of Bound Brook, NJ, passed away July 26, 2021. Evangelos was born in Perama, Greece and moved to northern New Jersey in 1979 before moving to Bound Brook in 1994 with his wife Carol and daughter Anastasia (Stacy). He was a self-employed painter for over 30 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Carol Zotos, daughter Stacy Mallett, son-in-law Douglas Mallett, his sister Dina and Brother Mixali of Perama, Greece, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his sister, Eleni Bersis, and brother, Nick Zotos. His interests included hunting, fishing, teaching his daughter soccer during his younger years, making wine, and traveling to Greece to be with his family and friends. He was known as the life of the party everywhere he went. Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 28, from 5 pm – 9 pm, at Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Avenue, Bound Brook, NJ. Funeral services will be 11:00 Thursday, July 29 at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 1101 River Road, Piscataway. Burial will follow at Bound Brook Cemetery.
