Elizabeth Gutarra

Elizabeth Gutarra, 85, died Friday, April 2, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Pocono in East Stroudsburg, PA. Born in Union, she was the daughter of Clarence and Gladys (Boss) Fleming. She lived many years in South Bound Brook before moving to Bushkill, PA in 2006. She worked as an upholsterer at Takara Belmont in Somerset for 17 years before her retirement in 1990. She was active in the South Bound Brook Ladies Auxiliary and the South Bound Brook PTA. Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband Luis Gutarra on January 9, 2021. She is survived by her four children, Fred Paternoster, Cheryl and her husband James Golden, Doreen (predeceased by her husband Frederick) Rutzler and Kenneth Paternoster and his wife Denise, her 7 grandchildren, Stacy and her husband Matt, Ashley, James, Jr., Frederick, Jr., Sarah, Nicole and her husband Dominick and Kenny, Jr., her great grandson, Wyatt, her twin sister, Edna and several nieces and nephews. Visiting will be from 9:00 - 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Hagan - Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Avenue, Bound Brook followed by graveside services at 12:30 PM at Hollywood Memorial Park, 1500 Stuyvesant Avenue, Union. We ask that face masks be worn at the funeral home and graveside services and to be mindful of physical distancing guidelines.
