Colette Restaino

Colette “Frannie” Restaino, 72, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Somerset Campus. Born in France, she was the daughter of George and Colette (Escuillie) Restaino. Frannie emigrated to the United States with her family at the age of 2. She was a resident of South Bound Brook for 45 years, where she raised her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and enjoyed doing arts and crafts. Frannie leaves behind her loving children, Michelle Knight and her husband, Michael Sr. of Bridgewater, Ralph Restaino of Brooklyn, NY, and Vincent Restaino and his companion, Theresa Bruno of Somerset; her grandchildren, Michael Knight Jr., and Adam McCabe; and her brothers, Anthony Restaino and his wife, Joanne, and John Restaino and his wife, Gail. Gathering with the family to celebrate Frannie’s life will be Saturday May 5, 2018, from 2:00 - 3:00 PM at the funeral home. Cremation was private.
