Carol Wertheim

Carol Wertheim, 57, died peacefully, Monday, December 1, 2014, at her home. Born in Somerville, she was the daughter of the late Cornelius Edward and Carolyn Chrisman Wertheim. She was a lifelong Middlesex resident before moving to Bridgewater seven years ago. She graduated Middlesex High School in 1975, and received an Associates Degree from Middlesex County College. She enjoyed walking, spending time with her friends at the Somerville Dunkin Donuts, and sewing, using patterns she made herself. Carol is survived by her brother, Neil and his wife, Terry Wertheim of Middlesex; her nephews, Neil and his wife, Jill, Brian and his wife, LeeAnn; her niece, Katie and her husband, Dan Kaplan; her friend, Norman Breeze, and many other good friends and family members. Cremation was private. Graveside services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, December 5, at Bound Brook Cemetery, 500 Mountain Avenue, Bound Brook.
