Bryant Peter Oxenham, 28, died Saturday, February 25, 2017, in Irvington. Born February 27, 1988, in New Brunswick, he was the son of Peter E. and Barbara Foldhazy Oxenham. He was a lifelong Somerset resident. As a child, he had played Little League baseball and was a Cub Scout. A graduate of Franklin High School, Class of 2006, he played on the football, wrestling, and soccer teams, and played drums in the marching band. He earned his Bachelor of Business Management Degree from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, Class of 2012, graduating on the Dean’s List. He was a member of the Alpha Phi Delta Fraternity. Bryant had been employed as a Project Manager at JMC Contracting, New York City. Before that he was in the Financial Management Department at the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. He enjoyed working on cars, dirt bikes, quads, motorcycles, and racing at Englishtown. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys football, and New York Yankees baseball teams. He was always helping others. Bryant was predeceased by his sister, Cambri Ann Oxenham, who died February 22, 2015. He is survived by his parents, his half-brother Peter Oxenham, Jr.; his half-sister Lisa Jane Boyer, and his step-grandmother Joan Oxenham. Friends will be received 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. Saturday, March 4, at the funeral home, followed by the funeral service at 4:00 P.M. Cremation will be private.
