Brenda L. Griffin

Brenda L. Griffin, 61, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2025 at her home.

Born in Flemington, New Jersey to the late William and Mary Griffin (nee Smoshna), Brenda grew up in Hunterdon County where she graduated from North Hunterdon High School.

After getting married, Brenda and her husband John settled in Somerset County. The couple worked together at John’s business, Prime Source. Prior to that Brenda worked in banking at First National Bank of Central Jersey.

Brenda was a passionate lover of animals as was evidenced by her many pets, both dogs and cats, throughout her lifetime. She also enjoyed yoga, making art, crafting, home projects, and cooking.

Brenda is predeceased by her parents, her brother Charles, and her beloved husband John.

She is survived by her sister, Ann Rappel (Douglas); brothers William Griffin and John Griffin (Loretta); as well as extended relatives and dear friends.

Cremation was private. All arrangements are under the care and supervision of Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home. A celebration of Brenda's life will be held at a later date.
