Barbara A. Moore

Barbara A. Moore, 86, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Complete Care at Green Knoll. Born in Piscataway, New Jersey, she was the cherished daughter of the late Benjamin and Anne Partyka Mazensky.

Barbara spent many years as a dedicated legal secretary at the law office of Barry Rosenburg in Bound Brook, where her professionalism and attention to detail were highly valued. A proud graduate of St. Peter’s High School, Barbara furthered her education at Katherine Gibbs Business School in Montclair, laying the foundation for her successful career. She was also an accomplished Polish cook as well as an avid dog lover.

Barbara was predeceased by her beloved husband, Samuel Moore, in 1989.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Blakeslee and her husband Mark; her son, Samuel Moore II; and her grandchildren, Gillian Reed Anthony, Clarence Benjamin Anthony, and Samuel William Moore III.

Gathering with the family will be from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a prayer service beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday January, 4, 2025, at Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Avenue, Bound Brook.

Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery will follow. Cremation was private.
