Arlene Yuhas, 90, died Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at her home in Bound Brook, NJ. Born in Freeland PA, she was the daughter of Raymond and Ella (Ritoch) Billman. She grew up in the Patch towns of Pennsylvania, before getting married and moving to Bound Brook. Arlene loved summers, camping in their RV at Cherrystone Campground in Virginia. She enjoyed crabbing, boating and fishing with her husband and family. She enjoyed garage sales in the neighborhood, trips to the casino and when her spring flowers bloomed.
She worked at Ethicon for 30 years, retiring in 1997. She worked in production and took great pride in her knowledge, keen eyesight, and ability to thread the tiniest of needles with a microscope. She was a kind, witty, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She will be missed
Arlene was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Edward in 2004 and her brothers. She is survived by her three children, Dawn Buzby, and her husband Matt; Cheryl Tregoning and Brian Yuhas; her nine grandchildren, Dane, Colton, Hunter, Tyler, Dakota, Bryce, Alexis, Ava and Reid; her two great-grandchildren, Madelyn and McKenna and many nieces and nephews.
Gathering with the family will be from 9:00 to 10 AM, Monday April 11, 2022, at Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 225 Mountain Avenue, Bound Brook. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 11:00 AM at St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church in Dunellen. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Drums, PA.
