Annette Hawkins

Annette M. Hawkins, 51, died Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Somerville. Born in Somerville, she was the daughter of James and Antoinette [Viscione] Scarcella. Annette was a long time resident of Bound Brook before moving to Bridgewater in 2011. She had been employed as a lunch room aide for eight years at the Bound Brook Public School District, and for three months at the Bridgewater - Raritan School District. She was a Girl Scout Troop Leader and a Communicant of St. Joseph Church, but her main job was being a Mom. Annette was a devoted wife and loving mother, who did anything for her family, especially her children. Annette was predeceased by her parents, James and Antoinette Scarcella and her son, Christopher, who died in 1998. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert and her daughter, Krista, whom she loved with all of her heart and did everything to help her fulfill her dreams. Funeral Services will be 9:30 A.M. Monday, December 28, 2015, at the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph Church in Bound Brook. Burial will be at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway. Visitation will be Sunday, 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
