Ann Bligh

Ann Patsy Bligh, 83, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018, at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Born in Brooklyn, she was the daughter of Bernard and Annie (Higgins) Devine. Patsy moved to Bound Brook in 1967. She began working for Verizon in 1957, retiring in 2011, as manager of Treasury Operations. She was a devoted communicant of St. Mary of Czestochowa Church in Bound Brook. Patsy was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence, in 1995. She is survived by her daughter Kathleen Bligh, also of Bound Brook. Gathering with the family will be Monday, February 26, 2018, from 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Funeral services will begin 8:45 A.M. Tuesday, at the funeral home, followed by a 9:30 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of Czestochowa Church. Burial at Resurrection Burial Park in Piscataway will follow.
