Angelina Ehid

Angelina Mary Ehid, 94, died Friday, January 27, 2017, at St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Manhattan, she was the daughter of Salvatore and Anna (Messina) Buccellato. Angelina was a resident of Somerset from 1957 to 1999, before moving to Middlesex. She worked as a cashier in the Sampson G. Smith Middle School in Somerset for twenty-six years before retiring in 1996. She loved to cook, garden, spend time with her family and was a long time Communicant of Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church in Middlesex. Angelina was predeceased by her husband of thirty-three years, Tofik, in 1985. She is survived by her son, Thomas J. Ehid, and his wife, Donna, of Middlesex, and her daughter, Doreen April and her husband, Michael, of Piscataway; her grandchildren, Nicole Kelleher and her husband, David, Katie Hutzayluk and her husband, David, Ryan Ehid, Alyssa Ehid; her great grandchildren, Mariana and David Hutzayluk, and Henry Kelleher. Funeral services will begin 9:15 A.M. Thursday, February 2, 2017, at the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, Middlesex. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Burial Park, Piscataway. Relatives and friends will gather Wednesday, 4:00 to 7:00 P.M., at the funeral home.
